Refurbished over the Lockdown and what a transformation!! So much brighter and welcoming - I’m already a regular visitor but the new decor and style will mean even more visits! Still plans for further additions and developments - but this corona uncertainty is strangling a thriving business!! Well done to the team! I couldn't not leave a review after our Sunday dinner today! Served on a board the presentation was stunning there was more food than expected and all cooked perfectly truly hands down the best Sunday dinner me and my family have ever had! The place was packed and busy so booking is a must but we were seen to promptly and looked after so well!

Great country pub Great pub, lovely homemade food, generous portions and the friendliest staff we have met for a long time! The pub is also dog friendly and the dog was welcomed and accommodated which was lovely. Thank you!

Large family gathering 22 of us had lunch here & everyone really enjoyed it. The place is spotless, food was lovely & the staff were all really helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend especially if you’re staying at the Parkside House which is a 5 mins walk away.

Excellent Sunday lunch Our village pub never ceases to amaze .. just had Sunday lunch with my partner it was excellent.. I had lamb and she had chicken with loads of piping hot vegetables and beautiful Yorkshire Puddings all served on a lovely wood serving platter. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. This is a very friendly pub and I strongly advise you to try it ……. Excellent !!!
